By downloading, installing, or using It's Log Time ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

It's Log Time is a productivity tool designed for time tracking via manual input, Geofencing, Apple Watch, and CarPlay integration. The App offers both free features and premium features ("Pro Version") accessible via In-App Purchase.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: Premium features are billed through the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  • One-Time Purchase / Subscriptions: Depending on the selected tier, payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Refunds: All billing and refunds are managed exclusively by Apple. We do not have the authority to process refunds directly.

4. Data and Privacy

  • Your Data: We believe your work data is your own. All time logs, project details, and location settings are stored locally on your device and synced via your personal Apple iCloud account.
  • No Server Storage: We do not host your data on our own servers. Therefore, we cannot recover deleted data if it is removed from your device and iCloud backup.
  • Location Services: To use Geofencing, you must grant the App "Always" permission for location services. This data stays on-device and is used solely to trigger timers.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of your tracked time for billing or legal purposes.
  • Maintaining the security of your device and Apple ID.
  • Complying with local laws regarding time tracking and employee monitoring (if applicable).

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, graphics, and "look and feel" of It's Log Time are the intellectual property of [Your Name/Company Name]. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or professional use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

It's Log Time is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that the Geofencing will trigger in 100% of cases due to hardware or OS limitations (e.g., GPS signal loss, Low Power Mode).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of It's Log Time shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through an App update or a notice within the App.
